Great Experience at French Hotel
quiet roomexcellent spafaulty door
The location was GOOD and I found many restaurants nearby. The room was quiet. My wife enjoyed the SPA facility. Cynthia was excellent. SHE had a relaxing time.
Our patio doors did not shut fully. We had a storm the first night. our towels were dirty upon arrival.

The room felt quite dated. The carpets seemed old and could definitely use a replacement, and the glass door to the balcony didn't close properly, a definite oversight.

the location was convenient. it was easy to reach main attractions.
Our room was not great, it had an old style. the bed was small. My feet was going over the end. the staff at the reception were not very friendly. They did not smile much.

The location was excellent with easy access to the beach and restaurants. The rooftop pool and bar offered fine views. i found the staff friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the room was clean and well-kept, and i really appreciated the comfortable bed and pillows.
the elevator was a bit slow during peak hours, especially in the mornings.

The breakfast offered a good variety of options and the rooftop restaurant provided a good atmosphere, with beautiful views during my meal. I had the scrambled eggs, they were perfect and the coffee was hot.

The rooftop pool area included comfortable loungers and a jacuzzi. I enjoyed swimming in the pool and relaxing in the jacuzzi. the gym provided basic equipment for a workout, with treadmills and weights and it was open 24 hours.

The staff at reception were always very polite and ready to assist with any questions or requests. They were especially helpful with arranging transportation and providing local recommendations. They cared about my experience.
